What data we collect

• Enquiries: name, email address, phone number (optional), desired destinations and travel dates, number of travellers and your message.
• Bookings: in addition, the details required to organise the trip - names and dates of birth of travellers, passport or ID details when the carrier, accommodation or border authorities require them, and payment information.
• Newsletter: your email address, language and the date of subscription and confirmation.
• Technical data: basic server logs (e.g. IP address in shortened or encrypted form, browser type, time of access) needed to keep the website secure and working.

We do not knowingly collect data about children under 16 except as part of a booking made by a parent or guardian.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• Replying to enquiries and preparing offers - steps taken at your request before concluding a contract.
• Organising and carrying out the trip you booked - performance of the contract.
• Accounting, tax and travel-agency records - compliance with legal obligations.
• Newsletter - only with your consent, which you confirm by email and can withdraw at any time.
• Security of the website and preventing abuse - our legitimate interest.

We process data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only when necessary: with accommodation providers, carriers, local guides and partner agencies that deliver your trip; with insurers when you take out travel insurance through us; with providers who host our website and send our emails; and with public authorities when required by law. When a trip takes place outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, the data needed for the services is transferred to providers in the destination country, solely to perform your booking.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that did not lead to a booking: up to 2 years from our last communication.
• Bookings, contracts and invoices: for the periods required by accounting and tax regulations.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Technical logs: up to 90 days.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The website may store a small technical note in your browser (e.g. that you have already subscribed to the newsletter or closed a notice) so that we do not show you the same thing again. It contains no personal data.

How we protect your data

The website runs exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to data is limited to authorised staff with individual accounts, and changes are recorded in an audit log.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Send requests to goldentuzla@gmail.com - we will reply within 30 days. If you believe your data is not being processed lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest change is shown at the top of this page. Booking conditions are described in our Terms of Use.
