Bihać is a charming town in the westernmost part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, set on the banks of the Una River. It is a true paradise for nature lovers and active travellers. The Una, one of the most beautiful and cleanest rivers in the region, flows right through the town centre. The traditional Una Regatta gathers rafting enthusiasts from all over the world.

Nearby is Una National Park with the spectacular Štrbački Buk and Martin Brod waterfalls. Bihać's old town preserves monuments from the Ottoman and Austro-Hungarian periods. The Captain's Tower and the Fethija Mosque bear witness to the region's rich past.

The surrounding forests and mountains are ideal for hiking, cycling and hunting tourism. The Una is a favourite among anglers for its abundance of trout and grayling. Local cuisine offers traditional Bosnian specialities made from fresh local ingredients. Bihać is the perfect escape from city life into untouched nature.
